Why Choose Print for Corporate Christmas Gifts?
Christmas gifts are difficult to pick out at the best of times. Add the pressure of making them appropriate for corporate recipients and colleagues, and you’ve got hours of trawling the internet ahead of you.
Print promotional products, branded or otherwise, are one of the best options to save you time searching and to give your customers, team and public Christmas gifts they will genuinely like receiving.
Print products with your personalised artwork on them are an easy and cost-effective way to keep you top of mind as a business or to simply give a creative gift as an individual. Here are some of the reasons our clients love giving printed products as corporate Christmas gifts…
Easy To Brand
Christmas cards, stickers, calendars, notepads - they’re all super easy to brand. You can either provide your own artwork or use our specialist design team to create perfectly customised gifts.
So Many Choices
With so many options to choose from, print is versatile and creative. We have ample selections of products you can brand and customise so, no matter your budget or requirement, we can find something that will help you stand out.
More Sustainable
Giving useful, usable and recyclable gifts with your branding contributes to more sustainable gift-giving.
Print Stands Out
Because your gifts are branded or printed with your design, they stand out from the crowd. Think wine bottle carriers and calendars that are emblazoned with your logo or christmas cards featuring the office dog - personal, distinct and on brand!
Business Christmas Print Ideas
So, what brilliant Christmas print ideas do we have for you? Let’s see…
Christmas Cards
A classy, understated gift that can be printed with signatures - and includes the envelope! You can use your own image or choose from a stock selection. Plus these cards are easy to send en-masse if you have a long list of recipients.
Labels and Stickers
Labels or stickers are great for adding a personal touch or branding to gift wrap or envelopes - or even stationery. You might want to add these as a bonus to packaged gingerbread men or Christmas biscuits for a more branded look.
And, thinking outside of the box, labels can be used to personalise and brand almost any gift, adding a festive touch to any plain packaging. A branded label for beers and wines for example!
Calendars
It literally lasts all year, you can’t get better than that. You can get creative with each month’s image or choose from stock options, as well as choosing bespoke fonts to make these calendars pop with your branding and business personality.
These can include desk calendars and wall calendars and you can even highlight key industry dates to be extra helpful!
Gift Tags
Personalise gits with branded gift tags to make them stand out and make a great impression on the receiver. After all, how else will they know who to thank?
Wrapping Paper
Beautifully branded, high quality wrapping paper makes an impact even before they open their gift. It can be as simple as a logo or something really creative - the choice is entirely yours.
Wine Bottle Carriers
Bottle carriers are easy to assemble and especially useful around Christmas as wine is so often a go-to gift for colleagues and friends alike. Branded carriers are great for personalising this otherwise impersonal gift (unless you know their drink of choice of course).
All you need to do is add the wine!
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are totally customisable to your specific product, offer or service and can vary in value (you may wish to give higher value vouchers to your VIPs).
And because they’re easy to send, you can be sure they’ll arrive on time, making the most of the ‘New Year new starts’ period by offering a reason to shop with you
Printed Notepads
Stationery is always a gift favourite simply because it is useful and practical. You can have any design on the pads, and they will sit on your receiver’s desk as a reminder that your company values them. Notepads are easy to post too, because of their light weight and slim sizing.
The possibilities are endless! Get creative and think outside the box to create truly memorable Christmas gifts - or call us for some expert advice from the print product specialists.
Christmas Print: It’s Not Just for Businesses!
Printed products are ideal for businesses, but they’re not a one-trick pony. These branded items can be the ideal way for many organisations to spread their festive cheer!
Businesses
From client gifts to employee appreciation, print helps businesses build relationships and bring seasonal goodwill to the workplace.
Organisations
Non-profits and charity organisations can use print to thank donors, promote festive events, or spread awareness during the Christmas period.
Churches
Print can play a key role in Christmas celebrations, from personalised cards that feature images of the church to festive programs for Christmas services.
Schools
Schools can use print to create a sense of community and help fund-raising initiatives, from student-designed Christmas cards to personalised gifts for teachers and staff.
Planning Your Christmas Print
It’s important to be organised about this. Christmas is busy for everyone, and nothing is as useless as a Christmas card delivered on January 4th, so planning ahead for your corporate Christmas gift-giving is key.
Plan
Plan your Christmas print ahead of time (November or earlier is a good time to start choosing your products).. To give you an idea of the timescale for printing and sending off your items, branded cards take up to 7 days, and calendars up to 10. This is from the moment you sign off on your final proof, so it can be longer if you don’t get that done quickly..
Once you’ve decided what you want and the design you want printed on it, we’ll start printing. If you’re sending us artwork yourself, ensure it’s print-ready - this means it needs to be a PDF in CMYK, with bleed and high-resolution images.
We can create artwork for you if you’re not confident creating it yourself. That way you know it’s all correct and will come out exactly as you want it to.
Print time varies, but you’ll always be kept in the loop as we go along.
Post
Then it’s time for us to post it to you. Delivery is direct to you, so factor in the time it will take to either post items to your recipients or to gift them in person. When it comes to figuring out your timeline, cards should aim to arrive with the recipient in early December to get the most from being on display. Any earlier, and you risk people rolling their eyes at you being too keen; too late, and you might find it arrives when places are closed for Christmas.
If delivering your gifts yourself, plan a route and book a day to be Santa for your clients or colleagues!
